Meet Rosemary
Hi, I’m Rosemary, founder of Coffee and Wisdom Parenting. I work with families and school districts to inspire meaningful change that they desire to strengthen relationships at home and within educational communities. Through customized presentations, workshops, and consultations, I help parents and educators who want to create stronger adult-child bonds, improve their communication skills and support children in becoming confident and compassionate individuals.
My approach is based on over four decades of work with families as a teacher, administrator and consultant as well as on the principles from my newest book, Coffee and Wisdom: A Father’s Legacy to Leading a Rich Life. In my book, I share practical, easy to use, real-life tools designed to help families connect with each other in meaningful ways. Whether I’m working one-on-one with families, leading workshops, or supporting schools and educators, my goal is always to provide actionable strategies that foster growth, understanding, and stronger family connections as well as more positive family-school relationships.
My Philosophy
Raising RICH children has very little to do with money. I believe that strong relationships form the foundation for raising confident, compassionate, and resilient children. Every family and school community is unique, which is why I provide personalized support designed around each individual’s journey and experience. Through practical tools, conversations, and real-life strategies, I help families and educators strengthen communication, build deeper connections, and create positive environments where children feel supported, understood, and empowered.
